Can I find telehealth service through my insurance?
Your health insurance company can help you find health care providers who provide care using telehealth. They can also tell you about telehealth services that you can use on your computer or smart phone.

If you have Medicare, there is a tool called care compare. It helps you find Medicare providers near you. After you enter your zip code, city, state, or county, you will see a list of providers near you. If you select the telehealth indicator, you can see which providers offer telehealth.

How else can I get telehealth services?
If you cannot get telehealth care from your health care provider or health insurance company, you have other choices:
- If you are experiencing a medical emergency, there are free emergency phone numbers you can call for help.
- Health centers help everyone even if you can't pay a lot. Health centers provide care to people with no health insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, or private health insurance. Look for a health center close to you.
